I would like to applaud Jake. He is an awesome front desk employee of Comfort Suites. He will go places - he handled the situation so nicely the evening I reached - I accidentally booked checkin for 23rd where we I was checking in at 22nd. I must tell you - Jake was very helpful and calm in working along with me with booking to get things sorted. I wish him the best on all his endeavours - he showed a true example of customer service 👍💯💯

We were in town for a softball tournament and the location was great for us and reasonably priced compared some others. The room was a good size. The beds were very comfy. The a/c worked great which is important in the heat of the summer. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast choices were quick and easy to make and delicious. We loved the blueberry waffles!

The front desk staff was very respectful and knowledgeable very professional and kind. The environment was peaceful. My bed was comfortable. the AC was great. Quiet. Love that's there's breakfast available. House keepers were friendly. Great aroma.

Big room and I was put away from the elevator as requested. A cat and a family of raccoons came to look at guests through the glass door during breakfast. So cute and started my day off with a smile.
